Reservations

We welcome dinner & lunch reservations up to a month in advance.

RAI is currently not wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are shared with the Numa Hotel and located one floor down. We appreciate your understanding.

• All tables are booked for 1 hour 30 mins & held for 10 minutes only after the booking time.
• Please note that we have different menus in two areas of our restaurant. On the main floor, we serve a tasting menu only and at the sushi counter, we serve Omakase & a la carte sushi menu only.
• We may follow up with a telephone call to confirm your table therefore please ensure your email address and phone number are correct.
• If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance.
• We do not take cash and accept card payments only.
• Please read full T&Cs, cancellation/no-show policy before booking with us.

• Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation time. Changes can be made via your OpenTable account or by emailing info@rairestaurant.com.
• If changes are made or requested within 48 hours of your reservation time — including rescheduling, reducing the group size, or cancelling — a fee of £75 per person will be charged automatically by the system and is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
• Double bookings will be treated as a no-show. A charge of £75 per person will apply, even if one of the bookings is honoured. Please ensure you do not make multiple bookings for the same time.
• We are a very small independent restaurant, with only 7 tables and a sushi counter seating 12 guests. Lateness, no-shows, late cancellations, double bookings, or reductions in guest numbers significantly impact our team and operations.
