Cancellation Policy

• You can amend/cancel your booking free of charge 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

• If you move/cancel your booking late (within 24 hours of your reservation time) or do not honour your booking, you will be liable for a fee of £60 per person.

How to book with us

1. Select the date and time you wish to join us and fill in the contact details. 

2.  You will find a comments box under it, enter the quote ‘Neighbour50’ and finish the booking. 

3. Once completed you will receive a booking confirmation email, if you do not receive it kindly check your spam folder. 

4. In the event you need to amend or cancel your booking, you can using the buttons on your booking confirmation email.
